Our hardware is based on a TIA (Totally Integrated Automation) concept. We use the modern and powerful programmable logic controller (PLC) Simatic S7-400 from Siemens, combined with other solutions from the same company, such as the Siwarex U, FTC or FTA.
Customers with specific needs can also use the ControlLogix from Rockwell and its weighing processors. The modularity in the hardware comes from the use of freely available standard modules of the respective manufacturer. In a fault, the equipment can be easily replaced by a cost-effective replacement device. This hardware modularity makes any conceivable expansion of automation possible. It also means that existing plants can be upgraded to the new technology.
